I know All rights of the patents actually belong to your company, but I want "NAME" :-)

My Chinese boss treat Chinese unfairly, if I don't fight for this "NAME", he will get encouraged to treat me more and more unfairly. He will not promote me in this futher, he will say "all others got patent except you, why I promote you?"
