You need a lawyer

I already gave you some info that I believe are helpful to your wife's case. I know you need more, and our exchange of posts can go on and on. But it'll be wrong, and absolutely wrong if my info makes you believe that you can fix your wife's case without professional legal service.

Also I'm not allowed to provide free legal advice on the web. But the only advice I can give to you and your wife is "hire a lawyer as soon as possible". I'm not in a position of your representative. Only your lawyer can answer your questions in detail and tell you what will happen next. So again, hire a lawyer!
