Advice needed

I am applying citizenship and was interviewed 120 days ago. Of course, I have passed the interview. However, the officer found several same names as my name. So he puts me into a background check again. The office comforted me and told that the check can't pass 120 days. And now, 120 days passed, they told me the prior is still the background check. I heard sth that I can sue them to fast my application but I am sure. If anybody can help me inthis issue, I will really appreciate.
