請教壇子裏的高手:數年前曾簽約租借APARTMENT,租約未滿

急事回國,口頭告知,當時他們說這樣不行,但機票已定便走了,月半走的,簽約時的DEPOSIT便做了最後半月的房租.現在收到SMALL CLAIMS COURT文件,讓我付最後2月租金和利息1600,我該怎麽辦?都過了4,5年了,也不曉得怎麽找到我的,我孩子還沒滿1歲,家裏開銷都緊巴巴的,請大家幫忙想想辦法吧.謝謝了.
