Not all of us came here to study and hopefully reside for a long time. It is hard enough to live here as a minority group and play by the rules. Can't people just for once try to go fast track? Every once in a while, there are people come here ask for suggestion after they are caught shoplifting unfortunately. If they can't afford something like a lawyer, why not come here and ask for help? It's fine that you work and earn what you want. But if people will think we chinese are all thiefs, why not steal?

It is a personal matter. Don't blow it up to a group. If you think someone else's shoplifting damaged your "Chinese" public image, go ahead and sue that shoplifter.
