有關MORTAGE的問題

去年REFINANCE的時候和A公司簽的Interests Only 的DEAL上寫每月PAYMENT 699/mo，然後A公司買的是B公司的FINANCAL SERVICE。現在B公司說每月699的PAYMENT隻是Minimum payement, 而不是全部的Interests payment,每月的全部interests payment 應該是1400，而且B公司已經把每個月不足的部分，都加到了PRINCEPLE上麵去了。

請教有識之士，我應該如何申訴。。。。
