我該怎麽辦

美近十個月，在這十個月裏，連我自已有時候都覺得這樣活著是不是太沒意義。本人是F2，活得真的。。。，每天時刻活在罵和打中，不知道何時是個盡頭。這是我第一次發貼，真的不知道怎麽辦？
