Here is what I heard from my hu*****and (He is a lawyer )

Regular – ( Lawyer fee is about $800 )
1) You 90% will get probation 3 to 9 months depends on your lawyer or the law in your state;
2) Fine somewhere is from $500 to $2000. If you would pay more fine, usually they can reduce your probation time.
3) Community service 20 to 40 hours.

Extra steps- ( Lawyer fee is about $500 )
1) After you paid off fine and finished community service, you can file "early release" to count and get earlier release from probation.
2) Same time, file "seal records' to count to keep your record to be public. However, this is not completely seal. Some Agent still can find it.

Your Green card -
If probation is less than one year, your Green Card should be Okay. But it may require interview.

Don't worry too much. You just made a bad choice. I believe that you already learned lesson. Carry on and Good luck!
