they said they are not in order to cover up their mistake.
And before that, they did an eye exam for me without telling me that I need to pay for that. Right before I exit the doctor's office and paying my co-payment, they then asked to pay for the eye exam, which costs $65.
Then today the bill that sent to me indicating I need to pay that $65.
After I told them I've paid that with the co-payment together, the guy then argued that: ok, it not for the eye exam (which is not true, this is what they wrote on the bill they sent to me), it's for the out-of-network deductable.
Shouldn't they know very clearly they are in-network or out-of-network?
Why they lied for this?
And also made some many lies before that the onlyy purpose is to make more money and cover up their mistake?
They are actually in-network, but
