This could be a very interesting topic to discuss, as millions of people could get hit with current trend of interest rate and the risk of ARM loans in California. To discuss possible tax or financial implications after foreclosure is perfectly reasonable and could be a lesson or way for people here to avoid and handle their financial situations if w/ similar experience and background.
