A lawyer will charge at least $200-300 per hour. How much time do you think it will take him to process your case and defend you in the court?

It's against the law if a child is not properly secured inside a moving vehicle. Your child was obviously not fastened properly. So it's within the police officer's right to issue your such a ticket. I don't think you can win the case in the court.
