有一朋友曾在美國畢業，簽證過期後仍滯留不歸，最後不得已才回了中國

按說這情況十年內是不能進入美國的。可這次他國內的單位讓他來美處理他們公司在美股票上市的事，且他也居然簽出了來美的簽證。可他畢竟心還是有點虛的，讓我打聽會不會在入境時被扣或怎麽的？請大師指點。在此謝了。
