急!about I-94 and visa status

I came to US with my hu*****and two yrs ago. He is on H-1B visa and mine is H4. The expiration date of our original I-94 is Feb 1, 2004. Last year, the company had some change so that we had our visa transfered once in last September. The problem is that the transfer of my hu*****and's H1B visa was finished in time, but my H4 visa transfer has not done yet. The process has been delayed twice. After my hu*****and's H1B visa transfer finished, we were asked to submit the copy of our marriage certification. Then, about two months ago, the document about my information was returned and required me to sign my signature again (probably because my original signature was not very clear or looked like a copied one). Now the I-94 of my hu*****and has been extended to Oct.1, 2005, but I have not received the extended I-94 form since my visa transfer has not finished yet. To be more complex, my hu*****and is probably going to a new company in the short future, maybe within one month. Then we need to transfer our visa again. To him, there should be no any problem. But to me, I'm not very sure if there's any trouble.
我的問題是,對於我這種original I-94在2004年2月1日就要到期,而visa transfer還沒有完成,新的I-94 form還沒有收到的情況下,在新公司給辦理visa transfer時應該怎樣做?如何處理?在我上次visa transfer未完成時,新公司可以給我transfer visa嗎?我看到I-94 form上說在到期日如果沒有離境或者沒有辦理延期的話,屬於違法,所以我很擔心.如何才能避免這一情況的發生?如何才能使我在original I-94 form到期之前拿到新的I-94呢?
