apartment把我告到法院，我沒有出庭，自動判我認輸。後來我收到法院的來信，把為什麽沒有出庭和the case的情況告法官，法官讓我出10$re-open the case. 昨天收到法官的信
是這樣寫的


This court has reviewed the application for a motion hearing filed by the defendant, and directs that this matter be schedualed on************* at the justice of the peace court named above for a hearing. If the motion granted trial will follow the motion hearing.

是什麽意思呢？
