before today, no one know the real name, living address and employer of either one of landlord couple.because of this reason, the leagal officer said we can did nothing to him. even we sue him, we will have problem to collect money.

but fortuntly today the leagal officer help me find a phone # of that LG. I search online and found the employer of his. i have question now:

can i send a email to him to say that we already found who he working with and where the company is and to say that if they do not return deposit we will take next step to talk to his boss and take law sue.

it is leagal to send letter like that to him?
