請問老貓和大俠們--莫名其妙收到駕照的Notice of Sus

Suspension.居然是因為02年4月的一個Accident在04年1月又有了新的Judgement,要我付3千多刀再加Cost.明明02年我出庭時,法官判了我Dismiss,並還了我駕照. 怎麽06年又給我這麽個Notice. 當時的事故是對方的責任,而且對方無駕照.請問我該怎樣對付? Notice上給了個原告律師的電話.
