Keep your cool. I think your hu*****and may balk after reviewing the financial consequences of a divorce. He has to support your child (he can't force you to get an abortion), and pay you alimoney for certain number of years, if you get divorced. What you can do now is to tell him calmly that it's OK to divorce, but you should get what you deserve. Any local court in the USA will force him to pay child support until your child reaches the age of 18. With the dollars coming from him, your life will be fine if you move back to China and stay at home to take care of your kid full-time.
