After all these, if she suddenly change her mind and want to come on a K-visa? Do you still think she is in for the real marriage? If not, once she is on US soil under the name of your spouse, she can cause much more misery to you than in China. I guess you don't know her that well in the end. So better get real, don't let her come. Withdraw your sponsorship first, then talk about dissolution of the marriage.
