問個關於英國騙子的技術性問題

OK，英國騙子給你寫一張大支票來換你的小的，但是是真的支票。但是技術上怎麽可行？一般來說，任何一個人，特別是中國人肯定會在對方的支票CLEAR以後，現金真正進入自己帳號以後才會寫小支票。這是常識。
但是現金如果能夠進來，就不是假支票了。也就是說英國騙子假設人家隨便見到一張支票就會認為是真的？
這種騙子能成功嗎？
