Why does the owner of the restaurant need a trustee (it is rare in Chapter 11)? You’d better wait after the appointment of the trustee. Otherwise, you can get a copy of his claim file from the owner or the court (if from the court, it is not cheap), or you can contact U.S. trustee’s office for detail. Sorry, I do not have time to explain everything here.
