That is you and your hu*****and need to talk to the social worker together, explaining what the problem was, what solutions you are planning for the good of your family and your child, and what settlement with your in-law peacefully. By then the social worker should let you all go without anymore interference. At the meantime, you may want to give the credit to the social worker so that she/he can make a "good" report, and give you boundary for her/his intervention in this case.
