現在想能否通過什末途徑到美國把孩子生下來，比如，B1, F1等身份到美國。
It is hard to get a visa if they do not any business (conference, school, visiting direct family) other than this. The Americans will be very suspicious when they see a pregnant woman applying for visas.

如果申請B1簽證在美國轉F1 美國法律允許嗎？
Very very hard. The US has stopped sponsoring visas or green cards for this reason.

My honest, and personal, opinion is that they should quit the job, get the baby and find another job. There are just millions of people suffer like this and few of them can really go to another conutry.
Also, they will have more problems when taking the baby back to China.
