Got some income from consultant work for a small company in year 2005. Somehow, the company forgot to file 1099 for it. Since the company is so small, any revision from the company may be considerated as costy (the year before, another company refused to make a correction, since the error was not significant enough). Is there any way to file as some kind of income without requiring the company’s revision? Thanks in advance.
