舊房-新居

老貓先生:
我們剛賣掉舊房(有少許capital gain)，搬入新居。老公現接受一外州工作，又要賣房，煩指點有關這次賣房的tax consequences. 是否等到購新居一年後再賣，能得到better tax treatment? 謝謝指點迷津。
