this owner is too rude

but he has the right to refuse selling to customers (probably post that somewhere in the store). What you do is never shop there anymore and tell everyone you know not to shop there anymore. This owner (I assume he is the owner) will be punished by treating customer rude which is not the way to do business in the US.
