(this year)夠, 因為03年他們是一個月, COUNT 30 X (1/3)=10, 今年住滿173就夠了. 要CLAIM也是04年不是03年.
對這個問題"Can you show that for 2003 you have a tax home in a foreign country and have a closer connection to that country than to the United States?", 我的理解是對多數parents來說, 應該是"YES", 即不符合RA的TEST, 但這裏也有不少朋友說他們CLAIM了也沒事, 你自己看著辦吧.
