look around in the website, you should be able to find a number to call, and ask for referral to a family law attorney.

You will have the custody of the child, child support and alimony. Because the child is less than 2 months old -- almost for sure, you will have the child, don't worry. Your job status has no affect on your right for child custody. But get a good lawyer, tell the lawyer that the fee will be paid in divorce settlement. Some lawyers will take this kind of the arrangement, especially with a strong case like yours.
