For some reason, my computer can't type Chinese anymore... so I have to post one more question in English and I apologize for that：

Looks like the other party is suing for a huge amount of money. If my insurance coverage is not enough, will they be able to tab into my personal assets? If so, what can we do to prevent it from happening or at least limit the loss?
