You've never mentioned IP in your previous post. Forming a company with someone else does not mean that he infringed on your IP rights. It would be really hard for me to explain the possible grounds here, one obvious one would be a breach of feduciary duty to other stockholders and the company itself. It's not against law for him to do anything. Any of your claims still need to be adjuged by a court. If you want to go after him, either bring the suit yourself or get a lawyer.
