Thank you very much for the explaination. I will not consider a claim of private nuisance toward my neighbour without knowing I could win. According to LaoMao's post, there are plenty things I can try.

I did took some pictures when the dog barked last Saturday. It is from our side mainly shows our fence. Is it ok?
