勞工剛網上訂了一個什麽anti-barking 的東東，可能就是你說的那種eqipment吧。

如果告到court的話， 也要camera vedio or recording 之類的吧？ 不然， 空口無憑， 對方不承認，怎麽相信我們。

I am just no sure how the court or police would handle this kind of thing. I don't like to spend too much time and energy on this. But if everything I try does not work, maybe that's the only way to go.
