沒有waiver的J,不能在美國境內轉換身份，必須離境簽證，回來後就轉換好了。但是不一定回國簽，可以在第三國簽，比如到Candada或Mexico。你若不相信，問問你的International office,我們學校的是這麽告訴我們的，所以我的朋友就是回國簽的，回來了。
