惱人的車禍，後續

還是有關我大車禍(對方並道沒有注意他的盲區，撞到我的車，警察給他了 citation, 請看下麵的post) 我的保險公司說兩個選擇：1：我直接和他的保險公司聯係，file excluding form; 2. 我自己付$500 deductable; 我覺得應該是我的保險公司而不是我去和他的保險公司交涉，我該怎麽辦呢？多謝了
