I just called my insurance company

I just called my insurance company, they said they need to do investigate
also ( both company) , but they said if I can go to the facility which they indicate
to estimate and repair my car first , I can get some kind of discount, but I have to pay
first. then they will deal with involved person’s insurance company to get the reimburse late. I said I don’t want to do this option now , I want that company investigate and estimate my car first and send to me check first . It is not my fault , why should I pay first and get reimburse late? I don’t know if I am right and wrong. It is looks like they want to do some business to me. ( make my money) even they are my insurance. Will they ignore me after that? My agency is a Chinese , I don’t know if I need to contact her or not if I already claimed by my self.
I am sorry I can't always type Chinese during the work time.
