old cat, please help me. can I sue my landlord?

I just knew my 2-year-old son has high-level lead in his blood recently. We live in this apartment for 11 months. Can I sue my landlord for renting non-delead apartment to us? Our lease says the landlord does know whether or not the paint contains lead.
