We do not have any contract on paper about this service. I contacted them to apply this service by telephone. And they only told me this price just for using it at least one year. And they didn't mention about any other details at that time. So I just assumed that it will be automatically terminated by itself. Yesterday I have already phoned them again to cancelled it and they agreed to credit back my money. However they told me they haven't got the money yet. and ask me to call visa company to waive the transfer. Is that true? Should I need to call visa company again? I am totally comfused.
