被人冤枉怎麽辦?

我的車隻在周末開.平時趴在街上.今天路過車車時發現有人留了一個條子如下: You hit my car and I have your plate number and picture of the damage. Please call me at xxx-xxxxxxx and the first thing in the morning the police will come. 我周六趴車時根本沒碰到前後的車子. 這個留言讓我覺得莫名其妙. 打電話給我的保險公司了, 但他們給不了建議. 請問我該怎麽辦? 多謝各位了!
