Try to spend your time on finding a new job first. It is not worth fighting with your ex-employer in most cases (unless you have strong evidence). But based on what you have said, you will not win. And you may even endanger your future career as no other employers will hire you if you have a reputation of suing your previous employer. BTW, your supervisor's demands are not excessive at all, and there are some worse people in other places. Take care.
