請問能叫police嗎?

我們剛買完房,賣家要求closing後多住20天.給我們rent.有writen的協議.但現在時間到了,他們拒絕搬出,還要多住幾天.我們不同意,因為我們現在住的apartment租期已到.怎麽辦.能叫police嗎?還是隻能跟他們negotiate.
