中國護士學生想學生簽證

A student is studying in a 3 year program of nurse major in a
university in China. He is going to graduate in summer 2007. The nurse
program offers English courses in the first year only. Therefore, his
English is poor and not be able to take TOEFL and any nurse-major tests
in English toward apply for a position in the USA.

My question is that what is the best plan for him to study English and
obtain the qualification to apply for job in the USA?

His family has finacial capability to support him to study in both
China and USA.

Is it possible for him to obtain a visa to study in the USA (language
school or nurse school in the USA)?
