離婚協議在前和遺囑在後，兩者衝突，那個有效？謝謝老貓和各位高人。

離婚協議幾年前在喬治亞洲簽署。
協議內容：
1。丈夫需要為孩子購買10萬元人壽保險。保險受益人為前妻。
2。If the required insurance is not maintained by the Hu*****and for whatever reason, a claim shall exist against his estate in an aomunt equal to the difference between the amount of life insurance proceeds actually recieved and the amount of insurance required to be maintained as specified herein. The claim and debt shall be a first charge against the assets of the Hu*****and's induvidual eastate, and the executors, trustees,and the personal representatives of his estate are directed to pay such sum prior to payment of any amount whatever to any beneficiary.
3.現在丈夫的公司提供的保險沒有達到10萬的數額，而保險的受益人為新任妻子，並供房。丈夫有個新遺囑新任妻子為所有財產的受益人。
請問這種情況，萬一有意外，前妻能否按照離婚協議，要走人壽保險和拿房子賠償差額部分。
