請教大家,公民給配偶(F1)辦綠卡很複雜嗎？你們有沒有

自己辦的, 還是再好請律師？

1)。是I-130 和I-485 同時送上，還是先I-130，批了後再送I-485？

2)。是不是送上I-130 和I-485 的同時就可以申請EAD卡？
