口頭協議 bound too

Just like to tell my experience. I sued my roommate (a local American) for not giving me her part of rent as previously agreed (It is me who signed the lease with Century 21, and later I found her as roommate.). The judge (of Magistrate court) said the oral agreement bound too (fortunately she did not deny the originally oral agreement).
