go to the court, tell them you do not know what trout looks like, you can not control what kind of fish will bite you bait, you tried to revive the fish but the fish was suicidal. Any how, you should get a warning at most, not $200. Vice President was hunting ileagally and shot somebody, he only got a warning, you make much less money then him
