based on what you said, he never denied thathe owes you money. And he did pay some money back to you. Since he will be back next month, why not ask him for the rest of the money first. I don't think the police will help you on this issue. If he denies he owes you money, you may need a lawyer. Poor lady. You shouldn't have done that. Wish you good luck.
