老貓，您可以回答我的問題嗎？

幾個月前，房子被自然災害損壞，最近一家公司在修理。在他們來修理前簽了一個合同，合同上寫replace gutter screen。我問他們是不是換成鋁製的網。他們說是的，但沒有寫在合同上。現在他們隻是把我們原來的網重新放回原處就完了。還有他們說在幫我換roof的時候會把屋簷邊上fascia也一起修的，但現在他說合同上沒有，就不修。您說我能堅持讓他幫我換網和屋簷嗎？A million thanks!
