Ask for claim number from BOTH of the insurance companies.

對方的保險公司will check with the other driver first to confirm that their insured driver should be responsible for the accident. Then they will arrange for an estimate for the cost to repair your car, and have your car repaired in a colision center/garage chosen by youself or by themself. You can ask them for a rental car for you, and drive it at their cost till your car gets repaired. You don't need pay anything, neither your insurance company.

You can call your company any time for help because you have paid them (you bought insurance from them), and they have obligation to help you, although they don't need to pay for this accident.
