不是律師，但因為給自己，朋友申請過移民綠卡，熟悉整個過程，準備的材料。　每次都順利拿到綠卡，　公民身份。

我可以幫別人申請綠卡，公民，賺點外快嗎？我知道，不非得是律師才能代表別人申請，但不知商業行為，有沒有什莫法律上的限製。
