According to Uniform Commercial Code, if the contract did not specify the time for performance, then a reasonable time is imposed. Of course lacking of such immaterial term will not render a contract unenforceable. However, both parties must use their good faith to perform the contract duty within a reasonable time. What is a reasonable time is a jury question.
