why not? In court, you can ask whatever you want and the judge

has to make the decision what you can win. And you have to keep in mind , dog is not just a object. I do understand her feelings now and I believe the judge will too. So don't lose any hope until judge gives the orders. As soon as there is one chance of hope, you should fight for it. Sometimes it works !
